You can find Marrallisa on the official In The Loop speaker page on n8n.io, listed as Digital Transformation Consultant at Viralistic, among nearly a hundred speakers.
n8n’s first conference
In The Loop brought the whole n8n ecosystem together at Wilhelm Studios in Berlin on 13 and 14 October 2026: builders, partners, customers and the people who make n8n. The first day, Partner Day, was reserved for n8n partners and Ambassadors. The second day, Ecosystem Day, filled the venue with keynotes, talks, workshops, an expo floor and an open mic, with more than 65 sessions.
Founder and CEO Jan Oberhauser opened with his vision for what comes next, followed by David Roberts, VP Product and Design, on the next chapter of the product. Around them, companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, SAP, Bosch, Bayer, Trade Republic and Webflow shared how they run n8n in practice.
Marrallisa on stage
In a session hosted by Adeline Amar, Community Manager at n8n, Marrallisa shared her experience as an n8n Ambassador, together with fellow ambassadors Alicia Graham (AMDR Automate AI), Benjamin Nguyen (Impact Hub) and Cristian Livadaru (Cloudvox). What does it take to bring an n8n community together in your own city, and to keep it going? Marrallisa’s answer came down to a few practical tips.
- Create a playful environment. People learn faster and come back more often when an event feels like play, not like a lecture. Build together, experiment and leave room for fun.
- Plan way ahead. A good event starts weeks before the doors open. Set the date and book the venue early, so people have time to clear their calendars.
- Invite enticing speakers. The right speaker is what makes people show up. Look for someone with a story worth hearing, and ask them early.
- Work together with other ambassadors. You do not have to carry it alone. Share the organisation with fellow ambassadors, so not all the stress falls on your own shoulders.
The same lessons shape how we work with clients at Viralistic: plan ahead, bring the right people together and make sure no single person carries all the weight.
What we took home
A few themes kept coming back on stage, in the hallways and on the expo floor:
- Reliability and governance. n8n is rebuilding its engine around reliability principles and a governance framework for a world with more agents than employees. Read our recap of n8n’s next engine and governance.
- Identity. Automations that run with the identity of the person who calls them, and agents with an identity of their own. Read about end-user credentials and agent identity in n8n.
- Value first. The companies that get the most out of n8n start with one use case, prove the value and then scale. See how we approach an n8n rollout and value-first automation.
What it means for our clients
Speaking at n8n’s first conference is not about the badge. It means we hear where the platform is going early, we know the people who build it, and we bring that knowledge straight into your workflows. When you work with Viralistic, your automations are built on what n8n can do next, not only on what it does today.
